Discount price real estate brokers provide proportionately less service in exchange for a lower commission. Usually, this means that the YOU (the Seller) ends up doing nearly all of the work needed to sell the home. More importantly, discount price brokers may not sell your home at all, or they may sell your home for less than full market value.  My love for the Real Estate started back in the early 90's when I had the privilege of designing and building our dream home is Knysna a small picturesque town along the Garden Route in South Africa.  After spending several year associated with the building industry we move to Cape Town where I joined a Real Estate Company that assisted home owners sell their own properties. On Immigrating to the USA my passion for the real estate industry continued and I joined Asante in 2006 and have never looked back.  Providing clients with complete satisfaction  and superior service while dealing with them with complete honesty and integrity is one of my many goals. In January 2008  I purchased the Franchise for Asante Real Estate located on El Camino Real in Mountain View. I have a small but very effective team working together and we are helping to educate buyers and sellers alike on the Asante Business Model that there is Full Service at a Fair Price. 

Buying with Asante


Asante Real Estate provides Full Service Buyer Representation for any real estate purchase.  For those home buyers who perform their own home search and locate the home they want to buy, Asante will rebate then any commission in excess of 1.5% of the selling agents commission.  We think this is only fair since you perform a big part of the work (identifying the home you want to purchase).

ASANTE will provide the following service to all Buyers:

  • Providing home buying advice school, neighborhood and building info.
  • Generating pricing information Strategize the best purchase price based on your needs and market conditions,
  • Undertaking preliminary negotiations - Working with the Listing Agent to establish rapport, establish offer deadlines, gather relevant sales information, etc.
  • Obtaining the disclosure package and review the information together.
  • Writing the real estate purchase agreement. Writing addenda and counter offers.
  • Scheduling and overseeing inspection appointments.
  • Due Diligence.
  • Performing the walk-through.
  • Completing all closing activities through close of Escrow.
  • Offering post-sale support                                  
    As the buyer participating in the Rebate Program, you will be responsible for handling the following pre-offer :

  • Previewing cities and neighborhoods on your own.
  • Searching the MLS for homes that match your criteria.
  • Touring prospective houses . (You will need to gain access through an open house, If there is only Lock Box access your Asante Agent will give you access to these properties using their Supra Key.)

Selling with Asante

   Asante Provides Full Service for a 1.5% Commission!

Asante will Sell Your Home for a 1.5% listing commission, plus up to 2.5% percent paid to the cooperating buyer's broker. This means that your maximum commission is 4.0%, instead of the customary 6%.

  • Develop and include an Online virtual tour in the MLS Listing and your custom website .
  • Develop a professional Full color brochure for your home Include your home on local realtor tours .
  • Conduct all open houses.
  • Market your home on at least 12 different Real Estate websites.
